The Ohanapecosh Visitor center was not open and is expected to open June 28th - August 6 Wednesday - Sunday Noon to 4pm for the 2014 summer season. Mt. Rainier Visitor Centers Hours of OperationsWe accessed trail from the far end of Loop "B" of the Ohanapecosh Campground. The trail was dry, bug free and very well maintained. This trip I had a couple of extra kiddos with me and they where fantastic hiking buddies. There was a lot of stop and this trail took us a long but the two 3 years did great and 5 year was great leader. Near the falls are some great spots to stop and have a lunch or you could wait until you got back to camp grounds and use the day use picnic table. The day use area is great because it also has bathroom with running water.
